Bought a 2018 Buick Encore from Adam. He was so helpful and got us the BEST deal! The whole team at McGee Ford was incredibly supportive and made the whole process seamless especially buying from out of state! Also was a first time car buyer and they were supper nice! They also deliver car for free and take care of all the registration and fees for you. Could not say enough about this place. Thank Adam, the finance manager and McGee ford.

Just wanted an oil change and my brake pads / rotors replaced. I asked if they could look up the code to see why my check engine light was on too but not to go above an hour of labor looking. I got the invoice and it was $32,469…… I called and asked and they said oh that’s our bad, we messed up the labor count and put it at 180 hours…. They “fixed” it but I noticed that there was a “diagnostic fee” of $797 and the one hour of labor $179.99 to check out the e light. $1800 for an oil change and brake replacement is insane. I called back and they said oh well yeah the diagnostic fee is actually your front brake cost. The “system” must’ve glitched, and the description is off. I asked to be sent an itemized invoice because now it feels like they’re just being shady. I never received anything so I emailed them again and an hour later I get an invoice that is not itemized to show parts or labor. The one hour of labor which was previously 179.99 has increased to $225. I called back and said did you seriously up the labor cost cause I asked for an invoice? They blamed the “system” again. At this point I’m done and just want to get my car back. They want to replace a part that would

Alex was amazing to work with. Very honest, helpful, and good follow up post-sale. I love my Ranger so far, would recommend doing business with them to anyone!
